In view of the overall construction sample and typical buildings in Beijing public building electricity consumption quota management information system, performs the classification and statistical analysis of building area, total electricity consumption and electricity consumption intensity from the perspective of the regions, building functions and building scales. Studies the implementation effect of electricity consumption quota management in Beijing. Based on the existing problems in the process of determining the limit value of building electricity consumption, discusses different methods of adjusting the electricity consumption quota, and proposes a method for determining the limit value by combining the current historical electricity consumption and the electricity consumption intensity of different building functions in the quota management system. In view of the problems existing in the process of electricity consumption quota management, puts forward the countermeasures.
